Supported formats of documents - .jpg, .png or .pdf and size should be more than 500 KB and the quality of the image not less than 300 dpi.
Once you pass the KYC verification process successfully, we will initiate the process of crediting your wallet with the Crypto that you purchased. The time taken for the Crypto to get reflected in your wallet usually depends on fast it gets 3 confirmations in the blockchain explorer. You can always keep track of the real time status of your wallet by doing a search of your wallet address in the blockchain explorer.
